How it goes
Step 1: Free audit
You give me read access to your ad accounts, or tell me you have none. Either is fine.
Step 2: Research
I look at your competitors, the searches in your towns, and what your money is doing today.
Step 3: The plan
A written plan with the changes ranked by how much they matter. You can run it yourself.
Step 4: Management (optional)
If you would rather not touch it, I run it month to month and report weekly.
Questions owners ask
I have never run ads. Should I?
Not always. If your Google Business Profile and website are weak, fixing those first is usually cheaper and lasts longer. The free audit tells you which order makes sense.
Google Ads or Facebook ads?
For most service trades, Google catches people who need you right now, and Facebook is better for reminding people you exist. Which one is worth your money depends on your trade and your towns, which is what the audit works out.
Do you take a percentage of ad spend?
No. Management is a flat monthly fee, so I have no reason to tell you to spend more.
Start with the free audit.
I will look at what you have now and tell you plainly whether ads is worth your money. If it is not, I will say so.
