How much does a website cost in Fort Walton Beach?
From Hogan Growth, a one-page Starter website is $500 one-time, and a multi-page Standard site is $750 to $1,200. Hosting and maintenance is an optional $50 a month. You get an exact quote after a free audit.
How much does an AI receptionist cost?
Setup is $300 to $500 one-time, then $150 to $300 a month depending on how many calls you get. That is usually less than one missed job a month.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. Website builds are a one-time project. Hosting, ad management and the receptionist are month to month, and you can stop any time.
What is the free audit?
A look at your website or Facebook page, your Google Business Profile, your ads if you run any, and a few test calls to your number. You get a short written rundown of what is costing you work, with no obligation.
Who does the work?
Alex Hogan, the founder, does the work personally. Hogan Growth is small by design: a few clients at a time, so every site and every receptionist is built and tuned by one person you can call.
What areas do you serve?
Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Niceville, Crestview and Navarre, plus the towns in between. Websites, ads and the receptionist all work anywhere, so if you are elsewhere on the Gulf Coast, call anyway.
How fast can you start?
The free audit usually happens within a few days of your call. A one-page website is typically live within a week of getting your details; a Standard site within one to two weeks.
Do you work with businesses outside the trades?
Yes. The service is built for owner-operated businesses where the owner is also doing the work: lawn care, pools, HVAC, cleaning, contractors, pressure washing, pest control, salons and similar. If that sounds like you, it fits.
What happens after I fill out the form?
You get a confirmation email right away, and Alex replies within one business day to set up the free audit. Nothing is charged until you approve a written plan with a price.
Website Builds
I have a Facebook page. Do I still need a website?
Usually, yes. Facebook pages rank poorly for searches like "pool service near me", they hide your phone number and hours behind a login on some devices, and AI assistants rarely cite them. A one-page site fixes that for $500.
How long does a website take?
A Starter site is typically live within a week of getting your details. A Standard site is typically one to two weeks.
Can you fix my existing website instead of building a new one?
Sometimes. If it is on a platform I can work in, I will quote a fix after the free audit. If it is slower and cheaper to rebuild, I will say so.
Do I have to pay monthly?
No. Hosting and maintenance is optional at $50 a month. If you would rather host it yourself, I will hand over everything you need.
Ad Research & Optimization
I have never run ads. Should I?
Not always. If your Google Business Profile and website are weak, fixing those first is usually cheaper and lasts longer. The free audit tells you which order makes sense.
Google Ads or Facebook ads?
For most service trades, Google catches people who need you right now, and Facebook is better for reminding people you exist. Which one is worth your money depends on your trade and your towns, which is what the audit works out.
Do you take a percentage of ad spend?
No. Management is a flat monthly fee, so I have no reason to tell you to spend more.
AI Voice Receptionist
Does my phone number change?
No. We set up call forwarding from your current business line, so your number stays on your truck and your cards. Calls that would otherwise go to voicemail get answered and booked instead.
What if a caller asks something it cannot answer?
It takes the caller's name and number, tells them you will call back, and texts you the details right away. It never guesses at a price or a promise you did not approve.
Will customers know it is an AI?
Yes, if they ask, and it never pretends to be you. Most callers just want an answer and a time slot, and they get both.
Is call recording legal in Florida?
Florida requires everyone on a call to consent to being recorded. If you choose to keep recordings, the receptionist plays a short disclosure at the start of each call. You can also run it without recording.
